So last week started my adventure of a 4 week kick butt exercise program. I am trying out this 4 weeks to a healthier you. Yes, I know what you are thinking, I am an health fitness specialist, I shouldn't need help in crafting an exercise prescription. I don't, but it is fun to take someone's advice from time to time. Let me tell you this program is a good program, and I trust the author.
Anyways, I will detail my weeks from here on out. So if anyone would like to follow along, or take some of the exercises, feel free.
I must say where I got these exercise though. I am using The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises by Adam Campbell.
